All of the staff providers, nurses, & office staff have been wonderful care givers for myself and my family. This is a tiny clinic, in a very remote area, yet they take the best care of their patients possible and are super helpful with referrals to specialists when needed. I love to be able to make tele-health appointments for non-emergencies. The town is very fortunate to have this clinic. Highly recommend. LCAMC Patient I went up to Lake City dumbly not planning for 9000 ft elevation and got a whopping case of altitude sickness. The staff were all WONDERFUL. I walked in without an appointment, they took me right in, all took great care of me, sent me back to the inn with equipment I needed to recover. Billing was a breeze. Probably the best medical experience I've had in a long long time. LCAMC Patient My son had a nosebleed that wouldn't stop, partly due to altitude but mostly because of the dry air since we are used to Texas humidity, well as much as one can be :) . The doctor on call was able to stop it and do a preventive treatment to keep it from coming back.  LCAMC Patient I had a bad infection in my gums that was past the point of severe pain they got me in within 10 minutes gave me medication talked to me about preventative treatment. I highly recommend anyone visiting Lake City who has a medical condition to stop by here. I've been to 40 States, and this is the best treatment I have received. What should I bring to my appointment?  Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any recent medical records or referrals.
