Advanced Practice Provider

• This position is available for the clinician wanting to get away from the fast-paced, big city life! Lake City Area Medical Center, is in the most remote county in the lower 48, surrounded by ~96% public lands, five 14'er peaks, and over twenty 13'er peaks, home to three national forests, and less than five miles of paved roads. 

• This is a FT position, 3-4 days in clinic + 3-4 nights/afterhours/phone-triage service.

• Benefit package includes health, dental, vision & life, retirement, tenure-tiered PTO program, conference/CE allowance of up to $2000/year, COLA, merit raises, HSA, temporary use of an on-site apartment, if needed.

• Salary: $95,000 - $110,000/year, DOE.
