Our Mission

To enhance the quality of life in our community by promoting wellness and providing quality health services with care and compassion while exercising fiscal responsibility.

The Lake Fork Health Service District (LFHSD) Board of Directors meets monthly on the last Tuesday in the Moseley Health Care Complex conference room on 700 N. Henson Street.

​

Workshop begins at 8:30 AM followed by the regular meeting.  All meetings are open to the public.
